11/08 很多餅乾~

早上梳洗的時候發現沒電了,外面又在下雨,我實在是猜不到今天可以做什麼事情,甚至連Glenys都不知道自己要做什麼,後來,Glenys要我們幫忙做餅乾。


Anzac biscuit:
Ingredient: 1 cup rolled oats, 1 cup plain flour, 2/3 cup brown sugar, 3/4 cup coconut, 125g butter, 2 tblspn golden syrup, 1/2 tspn bicarbonate of soda, 1 tblspn boiling water.
Recipe:
Combine oats, sifted flour, sugar, and coconut. Combine butter and golden syrup, stir over gentle heat until melted. Mixed soda with boiling water, add to melted butter mixture, stir into dry ingredient, place 50g of mixture on baking trade, baking in 110c about 10mins.




下午回到Caravan,Alison 和 Miranda 又來找我們聊天,寮的內容真的很無厘頭,反正就是閒聊,後來發現跟小孩子也是很好聊,反而可以更放膽去講,然後他們也講了一些很冷的笑話,像是:
1. How to spell ICUP? I C U P.
2. What’s “near” s opposite? What’s “I”s opposite? What’s Queen’s opposite?
What’s haven’s opposite? Far King U Hell!
後來他們兩姊妹還表演喜劇,後來Miranda畫了他全家人、狗、貓、雞、Gini pig,我也畫了一些小東西給Miranda和Alison,他們還唱歌,這兩姊妹真的很好玩,後來火車汽笛聲響起,我們以為要吃飯了,結果是Glenys要我們繼續弄好吃的中國菜,哈! 今天晚上繼昨天的水餃之後,煎了春捲,跟瓜子肉,不過說真的,因為調味料的關係,所以不是很道地,不過還是不錯吃,晚餐之後還有甜點,Sultana Caramel Pudding,真是一道好吃又好肥的甜點。

Sultana Caramel Pudding
Ingredient: 1 cup self-rising flour, 1/2 cup sugar, 1/2 tspn salt, 1/2 cup milk, 2 tblspn butter, 1/4 cup sultana, 1/4 chopped dates.
Sifted dry ingredient add melted butter & Milk. Beat 1 mins. Stir in fruit. Put into dish,
Source: 5/4 cups water, 2 tblspn butter, 2/3 cup brown sugar, Roiling together.
Put Source into dish where have Mixture. Bake in 200c in 45mins.
Add Cream to eat!
(左邊就是Cream ~ 加在 Caramel Pudding上面。)
