11/23 Orange Muffins

早上睡到8點起床，很幸運的早上沒下雨，但是我還是小心的先去拿手套，而且這次只拿一隻，總不能犯同樣白痴的錯誤兩次吧。

羊們一看到我走過去就知道我要放他們出來吃草了，所以三隻都爭先恐後的要出來，不過這次我就門外等，看他們三隻那一隻有領先的優勢時，才開門抓他，不然兩隻又一起跑出來，我可不想被羊耍。

並且在放羊的時候，我把鍊子抓的緊緊的，完全沒有給他們助跑的空間，所以這次三隻羊都很乖的慢慢走到草地上，放完羊之後，肚子很餓，沒想到Glenys還沒起床!!! 哈，我想是昨天她喝了一點酒，所以比較好睡吧。

吃完早餐後，Glenys我們說要不要做蛋糕，今天做了兩個好吃的點心，分別是Orange muffin，跟Coffee streusel slice。

Orange muffin:
Ingredient: 155g butter, 2 tspn granted orange rind(香吉士皮絲), 2/3 cup castor sugar, 3 eggs, 1 cup self-rising flour, 1/4 cup milk.
Orange Icing:
1 cup icing sugar, 1 tspn soft butter, 1 tblspn orange juice, 1 tblspn coconut.
Recipe:
Combine all ingredient into large bowl, beat on low speed with electronic mixer until all ingredient are combined, Increase speed to medium or mixture is changed in color and smooth. Put two dessert spoon on the baking paper cup, in 110c oven about 20 mins. After baked cake cool down, put icing on the cake and spread coconut on it!

至於Coffee streusel slice，有點懶得打，內容太多了，回台灣再做給你們吃就好拉。

Ps. 今天買了Ipod-Class 80G了，只要229AUD x 20 = 4600 TWD. 此時不買更待何時。正好我的電腦容量也不夠了，這樣就多一顆可以聽音樂的隨身硬碟。
